“Most people hope for a job that gives them personal
satisfaction beyond a paycheck. I know that’s the case for me working for
Freyaldenhoven Heating and Cooling. There’s nothing more gratifying than
knowing that the work I do here brings people comfort in their day to day
lives. Whether at home or in the office, it’s good to have a comfortable environment.
When I know a customer is too hot or too cold I think back to the times in my
life when I was either without heat/air, or just waiting on the repairman, and
what that felt like. We strive to keep good communication lines open with our
customers regarding their repairs and new equipment installations so they can
make plans accordingly. When necessary we take extraordinary steps to
facilitate parts and equipment delivery. Many times the owners themselves will
drive many miles to get jobs done. Everyone I work with strives to bring a
maximum value to the work we perform. When I go home each night my toddler asks
me what I did at work, and I tell him I helped people to be cool. That’s a good
